Messages received outside normal business hours may be answered the next business day.

Project work may occur outside these hours when necessary to meet deadlines.

All new clients begin with a Discovery Consultation unless otherwise agreed upon.

The purpose of this session is to:

• Understand your business and goals

• Identify operational challenges

• Review existing documentation or training materials

• Determine project scope and recommendations

Discovery sessions are billed at the scheduled rate and are non-refundable once completed.

Every project includes a clearly defined scope of work.

Scope includes:

• Deliverables

• Timeline

• Revision limits

• Responsibilities of both parties

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised agreement.

To ensure project success, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Supply requested documents and materials promptly

• Designate a primary point of contact

• Review deliverables within agreed timeframes

• Communicate concerns as early as possible

Project delays caused by missing information may extend completion timelines.

Payment is due according to the terms listed in your proposal or invoice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Projects may require partial or full payment before work begins.

Invoices not paid by the due date may result in paused work until payment is received.

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Repeated no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Most deliverables include a reasonable number of revisions.

Revisions are intended to:

• Correct inaccuracies

• Clarify content

• Refine formatting

Major directional changes, additional content requests, or scope expansions may be billed separately.

Any business materials, internal processes, operational data, employee information, or proprietary content shared during a project will be treated as confidential unless otherwise required by law.

Upon final payment, clients receive ownership of the final approved deliverables unless otherwise specified in writing.

• Reuse general methodologies

• Reuse templates

• Reference non-confidential project experience

Client-specific proprietary information remains the property of the client.

Lovely, Think Learning™ may display examples of work for marketing or portfolio purposes.

No confidential information, employee information, trade secrets, or sensitive business data will ever be displayed without written permission.

Examples may be anonymized, recreated, or modified for demonstration purposes.

Estimated completion dates are based on:

• Project complexity

• Client responsiveness

• Availability of required information

Timelines may be adjusted if project requirements change significantly.
